Please review the Lindt Donations Guidelines below and submit your request by completing the online form. We no longer accept requests via mail or fax.

Please note that we receive many requests to assist in worthwhile causes. While we wish we could support all of them, we cannot participate in every opportunity.

Lindt Corporate Donations Guidelines:

1. Donation requests must be received a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to the event date.

2. All requests must be submitted in writing on the organization’s letterhead and must include:
    a. Specific date, location of the event and number of attendees
    b. Organization’s mandate/mission
    c. Beneficiary of the proceeds
    d. A contact name, address, phone number and email
    e. Registered charity number (if available)
    f. Specify request (e.g. 200 units of in-kind product, silent auction donation)

3. Requestor will need to arrange for pick up or delivery will be at the cost of the requestor.
If approved, all items donated are at the discretion of the Lindt & Sprungli (Canada), Inc. 

Any requests that are incomplete will not be reviewed.

Please note all donations are limited to events and organizations in Canada. For other countries, please visit lindt.com for our other subsidiaries.

Although we will try to notify you regardless of our decision, we may not be able to connect with every requestor.

Only successful submissions will receive an email a minimum two weeks prior to the event.
