Thank you for your interest in Lindt Canada supporting your upcoming fundraising event.

Please review the Lindt Donations Guidelines below and submit your request by completing the online form. We will not be accepting fax, mail or by individual email.

Only successful submissions will receive an email a minimum two weeks prior to the event.

Requests that are incomplete or outside the guidelines will not be reviewed.

Lindt Corporate Donations Guidelines:

1. Donation requests must be received a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to the event date. Events that do not meet this requirement will not be reviewed.

2. All requests must attached a one page (max) on the organization’s letterhead and include:

    a. Specific date, location of the event and number of attendees

    b. Organization’s mandate/mission

    c. Beneficiary of the proceeds

    d. A contact name, address, phone number and email

    e. Registered charity number (if available)

    f. Specify request (e.g. silent auction donation, 100 units of chocolates)

3. Requestor will need to arrange for pick up or delivery will be at the cost of the requestor. If approved, all items donated are at the discretion of the Lindt & Sprungli (Canada), Inc.

4. Please note all donations are limited to events and organizations in Canada. For other countries, please visit lindt.com for our other subsidiaries.

Lindt Canada receive thousands requests each year to assist in worthwhile causes. While we wish we could support them all, we cannot support every request and thank you for your understanding.
