A decadent take on a summertime staple.
Along with popsicles and a pitcher of homemade iced tea, nothing quite conveys the height of summer like fireside dark chocolate s’mores. Just put out the marshmallows and graham crackers, and offer guests a variety of your favourite Lindt Excellence chocolate to customize their creation. No matter which flavour or cacao percentage you use to make your dark chocolate s’mores, this low-key dessert is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser
- 4 marshmallows
- 4 squares (50 g) Lindt Excellence Chili, Madagascar or 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate
- 8 graham crackers
Attach marshmallow to top of a skewer.
Toast over a flame (if indoors, a gas stovetop or small blowtorch will work).
When marshmallows are nicely browned all-over, it’s time to make your dark chocolate s’mores. Take a square of dark chocolate and two graham crackers and make a sandwich. The heat from the marshmallows will melt the dark chocolate.
