- ¼ cup (60mL) unsalted butter
- 8 oz (240g) 70% cacao dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (300mL) sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup (175mL) toasted pecans, finely chopped
In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 month.
