The smooth white chocolate and peppermint crunch create a unique variation on a classic malt shop treat.
Ingredients
- 2 Lindor Candy Cane chocolate truffles
- 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla ice cream
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) skim milk
- Whipped cream and crushed candy canes to taste
Method

Place ice cream, optional white chocolate liqueur, milk and truffles in blender container.

Blend on high for 15-30 seconds.

Once smooth, pour into glass and top with whipped cream and peppermint crunch. Serve immediately.
