Strawberries & Cream Hot Cocoa

Need an excuse to snuggle up on the couch with a warm blanket and a great book? We’ve got it! This twist on a classic recipe made by Cyd Converse of  is more than reason enough!

Step 1.

Bring milk to a simmer over medium heat until hot.

Step 2.

Meanwhile, unwrap truffles, chop roughly and place in a heat safe carafe or pitcher.

Step 3.

Once heated, pour milk over the truffles then whisk until the truffles are melted and well combined.

Step 4.

Add strawberry syrup and whisk again until combined.

Step 5.

Serve in a mug topped with fresh whipped cream.
